In addition, the individual will have secondary responsibility for analyzing, investigating, and prosecuting violations of other state and federal consumer protection and antitrust laws as needed. Must have excellent writing skills and be prepared to appear in the appropriate state or federal court in civil actions filed against alleged violators.
