As a Lead Engineer Project Manager, you will manage large capital projects supporting North America supply chain goals, including project planning, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, and vendor oversight. This is a direct-hire opportunity.</p> <p>Benefits Package</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <ul> <li>This is a remote position with up to 50% travel to multiple facilities. </li><li>Candidates must reside near a major airport. </li><li>Preference will be given to candidates located in Houston, TX or eastern U.S. regions. </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical) </li><li>5-8 years of experience in heavy industrial/process work and project execution </li><li>Experience in process commercialization from ideation to operational turnover </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Construction Management </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license </li><li>Project Management certifications </li></ul> <p>General Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft programs (including MS Project) </li><li>Knowledge of blending and packaging equipment (mechanical and controls) </li><li>Field implementation experience </li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% </li><li>Must reside near a major airport </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Lead large capital plant projects using a front-end loaded project work process </li><li>Supervise third-party engineers, vendors, and contractors </li><li>Track project performance, budget, schedule, quality, and documentation </li><li>Support compliance with environmental, safety, and legal standards </li><li>Assist with insurance audits and documentation for domestic plant sites </li><li>Develop long-range plant capital plans and fiscal year budget estimates </li><li>Manage commercial contracts and project change notices </li><li>Prepare and present capital project requests and cashflow updates to senior leadership </li><li>Develop and maintain engineering specifications and standards </li><li>Support facility "Core Drawings" including general arrangements, electrical, and P&ID schematics </li></ul>
