(CHS) is looking for an APNP, PA, or MD for a position on our medical team, preferably with a Women's Health background. CHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that participates in a nationwide effort to provide quality driven Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health care to those who lack access. We are focused on the well-being of those with Medicaid, Medicare, no insurance or private insurance and limited means to pay for quality health services.</p> <p>The Nurse Practitioner provides professional nursing and medical services to individuals, families, and groups with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention, according to their advanced practice training.
