<p>Responsibilities & Requirements</p> <p>Job Specific Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Enter calls for service into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. </li><li>Work in conjunction with the billing office to insure proper patient billing information. </li><li>Assist with submitting PCS and BA forms. </li><li>Confirms insurance coverage on appropriate portals for the insurance providers. </li><li>Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reporting. </li><li>General understanding of Zoll, preferred. </li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, as well as sensitive company and employee information. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
