<p>Harry Semrow Driving Range is now hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Range Attendant. This position is responsible for collecting golf balls from the driving range, maintaining a clean and organized practice area. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and enjoys working outdoors.</p> <p>Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure the practice range is open and ready for players in the morning.</p> </li><li> <p>Replaces golf balls and clubs in racks for use by driving range patrons.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a professional appearance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the clubhouse and practice range areas are kept orderly and clean, including restrooms and trash cans.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for golf operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.</p> </li><li> <p>May perform small amount of mowing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong guest service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well in fast paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have strong communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be dependable.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications for the Range Attendant:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Possesses basic math skills. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li></ul> <p>Benefits for Qualified Associates:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical</p> </li><li> <p>Dental</p> </li><li> <p>Vision</p> </li><li> <p>401(k)</p> </li><li> <p>PTO</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p> </li></ul> <p>This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.</p>
