<p>Job Title: Area Sales Manager-</p> <p>Remote role with Heavy travel</p> <ul> <li>OT or PT experience- Ideally </li><li>Prior sales experience- selling into c-suite executives in hospitals </li><li>Medical device experience is a plus </li><li>NOTE* - Quoted salary is base pay, and does not include commissions or bonuses. Potential to earn upwards of 180K+ with Bonuses </li></ul> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager to join our team. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a member of the field sales team. In this role they will assume full performance responsibility for servicing the healthcare professional channel which includes delivering quarterly and annual capital equipment sales targets. Within their assigned geography, the ASM works in close partnership with Clinical Territory Manager's, Marketing and Commercial Support to maximize territory revenue and technology adoption. They collaborate with field sales management to implement business practices and sales tactics.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Establish and execute quarterly and annual key performance metrics. </li><li>Manage the capital equipment sales process by identifying sales opportunities, developing selling strategies, and presenting to key decision-makers to achieve product adoption. </li><li>Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration, and clinicians. </li><li>Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography. </li><li>Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for geography. </li><li>Develop successful clinical programs at facilities with Territory Clinical Managers within the assigned geography. </li><li>Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships with new and existing customers. </li><li>Attend customer-facing and internal national and regional trade shows as requested. </li><li>Hold oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with the Medical Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum two (2) years of medical device sales experience to C-suite executives at hospitals. </li><li>Licensed physical or occupational therapist. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and adapt to a fast-changing environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate degree in Business, or Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred. </li><li>Results-focused and self-motivated individual. </li><li>Possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships among key decision-makers and therapists. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in one of the preferred locations: St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO, or Indianapolis, IN.
