<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Responsible for assembly and welding of seating lugs and cleats to bands per customer order.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and weld seating lugs and cleats to bands </li><li>Separate lugs when required </li><li>Weld ID mark (dimple) to identify tie wings on band as required </li><li>Assist in special projects and studies as requested </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2 years of experience in direct manufacturing </li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions </li><li>Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills </li><li>Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds </li><li>Must have exceptional finger dexterity </li><li>Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company matching and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
