<p>Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for making general repairs to buildings, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical</p> <p>machinery, and equipment.</p> <p>Core Functions:</p> <p>Makes plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to buildings, hydraulic, pneumatic and</p> <p>mechanical machinery and equipment.</p> <p>Conducts fabrication maintenance.</p> <p>Cuts and joins metal parts using a variety of techniques.</p> <p>Welds and cuts all types of material using electric arc, oxyacetylene, or other welding</p> <p>techniques in horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.</p> <p>Maintains good housekeeping of workspace.</p> <p>Assists skilled workers in one or more trades by performing specific or generally</p> <p>complicated duties.</p> <p>Obtain a forklift operator's license and safely operate a forklift.</p> <p>Maintain tools provided by the company and furnish own tools to function properly in this</p> <p>classification.</p> <p>Enters equipment records, data, and notes into computerized maintenance</p> <p>management system.</p> <p>Duties, responsibilities, and activities are not limited to the list above and may change at any time with or</p> <p>without notice.</p> <p>Key Measures of Success:</p> <p>Ability to use and interpret specification and prints.</p> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</p> <p>Ability to learn all production areas.</p> <p>Ability to read a tape measure, do basic mathematical calculations, and use a</p> <p>calculator.</p> <p>Ability to learn production operations.</p> <p>Must have basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery.</p> <p>Ability and willingness to work various shifts.</p> <p>Consistently exhibits and displays the company's values of "Own It.
