This role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, minor repairs, and event setup, while working in all weather conditions. No extensive experience is required-training will be provided.</p> <p>Shift available: 6 am - 10 am</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain landscaped areas by pulling weeds, trimming hedges, planting flowers, mowing lawns, raking leaves, and spreading mulch</p> </li><li> <p>Perform seasonal tasks such as pruning, planting, yard clean-up, and snow/ice removal</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Support event setup and takedown, including furniture, tents, and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Work safely in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather</p> </li><li> <p>Keep work areas clean and free of debris</p> </li><li> <p>Complete other groundskeeping and facility maintenance tasks as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 17 years old</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation and strong attendance record</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with landscaping and other hand tools preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
