<p>Are you a finance professional who loves manufacturing? Our Canton, NC facility is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide key support to the plant's leadership through reporting, financial planning, and improving the business unit system of controls.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and provide relevant critical analysis in order to consistently improve the plant's results. </li><li>Analyze inventory and operating costs to communicate opportunities to improve inventory and operating costs. </li><li>Lead customer chargeback reviews in coordination with the plant's stakeholders. </li><li>Manage internal controls regarding fixed assets and major expenses to ensure financial statement accuracy. </li><li>Lead monthly accounting close and complete key Balance Sheet reconciliations. </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Be Successful:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting </li><li>Minimum 1 year of business finance or other relevant experience </li><li>Intermediate financial modeling skills </li><li>Expert level in the use of Microsoft Excel and Excel Financial Models </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>About ConMet:</p> <p>ConMet, a division of Amsted Industries, is a leading global supplier of wheel hubs, structural castings, and structural plastics to original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket channels in the commercial vehicle industry.
