This role provides stability and opportunities for personal growth and development, serving as an ideal starting point for your career within our organization.</p> <p>As an Insurance Processing Analyst, your role involves analyzing and updating insurance information. This includes handling new business and revising existing client details by inputting data into policy processing systems.</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>Preference given to applicants with extended education and/or training.</p> <p>Required Skills and Abilities</p> <p>Demonstrate the strong ability to problem solve using logical and analytical skills.</p> <p>Reliable and capable of working independently.</p> <p>Proficiency in analyzing transactions involving money and dates.</p> <p>Capacity to absorb extensive on-the-job training.</p> <p>Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.</p> <p>Possess strong communication skills, with an emphasis on written correspondence.</p> <p>Have fundamental math skills.</p> <p>Location & Commitments</p> <p>Full-time role based at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC 27612.</p> <p>40 hours per week.</p> <p>Overtime often required.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Role</p> <p>Leverage strong typing and data entry skills to enter new information and updates into the processing systems.</p> <p>Verify all requirements have been met on new insurance applications.</p> <p>Analyze updates for existing clients to ensure requests are valid.</p> <p>Acquire knowledge of all required processing rules and procedures.</p> <p>Correspond with others within the company when information is missing, incomplete, or invalid.</p> <p>Use multiple systems to research and analyze historical transactions.</p> <p>This document is intended to outline the essential responsibilities of the position, and does not limit the tasks that may be assigned or amended by the supervisor.</p>
