Required </li><li>Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. Required </li><li>Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. Required </li><li>Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred </li><li>Computer experience. Required </li></ul> <p>Licenses & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required </li><li>Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required </li><li>Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required </li><li>Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire.
