If you're interested in learning more about us and want to gain insight into our dynamic, team oriented environment that encourages learning and growth, apply today!</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Full life-cycle recruitment for for Wayfair's NA Supply Chain Field Leadership position with the ability to flex into the high volume recruitment for supply chain frontline positions. </li><li>Source candidates from online sources, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events. </li><li>Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including pre-qualifying and interviewing candidates and driving the offer. </li><li>Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format. </li><li>Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract, nurture and engage passive talent pools. </li><li>Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Maintain accuracy and act as an expert user in all recruiting tools and systems. </li><li>Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders through well structured, frequent communication and reporting. </li><li>Support team learning/results through sharing best practices, market information and mentoring others. </li><li>Leverage data to diagnose recruiting challenges, propose solutions and influence stakeholders and cross functional partners. </li><li>Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience within the warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing space. </li><li>A sense of urgency to drive recruiting results and deliver for the business, while also effectively working together as part of a team. </li><li>Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers and cross functional partners. </li><li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. </li><li>Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment.
