It is crucial to have solid knowledge about food processing and engineering. Make It with Pride.</p> <p>You are an internally recognized expert in process development and process engineering and identify, define, and solve complex business problems by applying your broad technical and consumer knowledge and in-depth understanding of manufacturing technology related to Mondelez products. You serve as a senior technical resource for the organization, regularly interacting with senior management.</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <p>You will support development, optimization and specification of processes that deliver consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost savings opportunities. You will develop project objectives, technical approach, project plans, deliverables, and timelines to deliver solutions on time and on budget, and execute against these plans, all while providing status updates to stakeholders. As a technical leader for process development and process technologies, you will: continually evolve your business-relevant expertise; define and share technical best practices; influence technical direction for the benefit of the business and drive the technical development of people in R&D through teaching, coaching, and mentoring, and identifying future technical leaders.</p> <p>What you will bring:</p> <p>A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge</p> <p>Education / Certifications:</p> <p>BS in Engineering or Food Science required.</p> <p>Green belt certification.</p> <p>7 years of industry experience required.</p> <p>Travel requirements: >10% of the time, as needed by the business.</p> <p>Salary and Benefits:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.</p> <p>In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
