You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic oversight of all telehealth and clinical operations to align with company growth, efficiency, and service delivery goals. </li><li>Lead and manage multi-disciplinary clinical and support teams, ensuring accountability for execution, workflows, compliance, and service excellence. </li><li>Develop and implement standards, protocols, processes, decision support systems, and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Coordinate clinical activities and communications with clients and payors. </li><li>Oversee clinical services vendor management and contracting. </li><li>Serve as the clinical operations expert for cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, product, compliance, and HR. </li><li>Collaborate with executive and technical teams to launch new programs, enhance digital platforms, and expand service lines. </li><li>Own operational KPIs-analyze data, set benchmarks, and drive sustained performance. </li><li>Lead strategic initiatives related to service expansion and business model innovation. </li><li>Act as a change agent-removing barriers, driving transformation, and accelerating execution. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Proven success leading clinical operations in a healthcare or telemedicine environment. </li><li>Deep knowledge of EHRs, automation, systems design, and digital health tools to enhance clinical and operational performance. </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional and clinical teams across multiple states or regions. </li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at the executive level. </li><li>Experience with KPI development and performance management. </li><li>Experience in vendor selection and contract management within clinical operations. </li><li>Preferred Clinical Background: 3+ years of direct clinical care experience (RN, RD, pharmacist, APP, or similar). </li><li>Preferred Domain Experience: Background in weight management, cardiometabolic health, or chronic disease management. </li></ul> <p>Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
