<p>Job Title</p> <p>Specialist - Review Coordinator</p> <p>Department</p> <p>Institutional Effectiveness</p> <p>Salary</p> <p>$59,724 - $74,355; commensurate with experience</p> <p>Job Summary/Basic Function</p> <p>In collaboration with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, the Specialist - Program Review manages and coordinates the University's program review process for all non-accredited programs.</p> <p>This role oversees the full lifecycle of program reviews, including planning, training, execution, and follow-up, and includes maintaining schedules, communicating with programs, developing and delivering training aligned with external requirements, coordinating reviewer selection, contracts, travel, and follow-up activities.</p> <p>This position contributes to program review outcomes that impact institutional funding through Quality Assurance Funding.</p> <p>Required Education</p> <p>Bachelors degree required from an accredited institution.</p> <p>Required Related Experience</p> <p>Three years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, academic administration, institutional effectiveness, or a related field.</p> <p>Documents Needed to Apply</p> <p>Cover Letter & Resume Required</p> <p>MTSU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Sick Leave </li><li>Vacation Leave for Administrative/Classified Staff/12-month Faculty </li><li>13 paid University holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance </li><li>Retirement plans </li><li>Optional 401K and 403B Deferred Compensation Plans </li><li>Educational benefits for the employee and their spouse and dependents </li></ul> <p>Click here for additional information.</p> <p>MTSU is an equal opportunity employer.
