<p>Administrative Assistant, Kenner, LA ($22/hr)</p> <p>Immediate need for a Administrative Assistant in Kenner, LA for a multi-billion dollar leader in their industry. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity that is paying $22/hr. There are opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the organization. This position is for a backfill.</p> <p>Start time: 7:30am (ideally 2am 2 days a week)</p> <p>End time: 4:30pm</p> <p>Schedule - if other than M-F: After training could include a weekend day (most likely Saturday) but Monday to Friday to start</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Using SACS, download csv files, cleaning up reports, invoicing and matching PO's. </li><li>Reconciling invoices and PO's. Some flight dispatch, relaying information to other teams </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School degree </li><li>Invoicing and matching PO's </li><li>Excel (basic formulas), outgoing (greeting employees, walking around the floor), quick learner, detail oriented. Need to be able to work independently </li><li>Familiar with ERP software and SAP experience a plus </li><li>Airline and food manufacturing industry experience a plus </li><li>Must have excellent attention to detail </li><li>Must be able to work the required hours </li></ul>
