<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>This position works with a knowledge and in the context of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and WV State Code in order to implement new processes and procedures from recent legislations. Under general supervision, they will track and review the grantee monitoring submissions for the Office of Shared Administration (OSA) in order to comply with federal and state regulations. Resolves discrepancies, errors and compliance issues through direct contact with grantee management, independent audit firms, and bureaus. Provides technical assistance and acts as a liaison to grantee agencies and representatives, independent public accountants, and auditors. Prepares reports and written correspondence for distribution to State Agency personnel related to compliance to the CFR and the Statewide accountability requirements. Assists in processing stop payment orders and debarments for non-compliant grantees. Prepares accurate monitoring reports from our CRM tracking system and uses that information to update wvOasis.</p> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training:Graduation from an accredited college or university. Preference may be given to candidates with a major in the area of public or business administration, accounting, industrial relations, communications or related field.</p> <p>Substitution:Additional qualifying experience as described below may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required training.</p> <p>Experience:One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid employment in a technical or advanced clerical position providing administrative services such as accounting, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting, personnel, or procurement and property. Experience must have been at the Office Assistant 3 or Accounting Technician 3 level or higher.</p> <p>Substitution:Successful completion of graduate study in an accredited college or university in one of the above fields may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.</p> <p>Other Information</p>
