Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.</p> <p>Candidate Engagement</p> <p>Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.</p> <p>End-to-End Process Management</p> <p>Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
