<p>Position Title: Maintenance Worker I</p> <p>Department: Maintenance</p> <p>Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for the day-to-day functions related to facilities (Maintenance/Engineering, Environmental Services), as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor, for the facilities.</p> <p>HOURS</p> <p>8 per Day / 5 Days per Week</p> <p>Benefits Package</p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Vision Care Plan </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>Paid Vacation Time </li><li>Sick Time </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan </li><li>Competitive wages </li><li>Stability and career advancement </li><li>Continuing Education Opportunities </li></ul> <p>CATEGORIES OF DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Evaluates maintenance and safety issues and priorities within the programs and services throughout TTC locations. </li><li>Provides implementation of repair and maintenance work as defined by the Maintenance Supervisor. </li><li>Assists with the coordination of security, housekeeping, maintenance, facilities support services, and outside contractors towards the overall goal of improvement of the physical plant. </li><li>Assists with the management of supplies and requests for needed materials, and communicates this to the Maintenance Supervisor. </li><li>Attends meetings as required including staff meetings, in-service education and trainings. </li><li>Fully understands and maintains policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality. </li><li>Conducts self in a professional manner in areas of dress, language, attitude and behavior. </li><li>Exhibits full knowledge and support of the philosophy and objectives of the Agency. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director and/or Administration. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>Minimum one (1) year experience in a facilities role.
