<ul> <li>Law experience or prior experience working in law office required </li></ul> <p>Part Time Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-5pm</p> <p>Performs diversified administrative support, coordinative and/or secretarial duties related to the functional and/or operational needs of department and Department Head. Processes, tracks, and manages legal subpoenas, court orders, and law enforcement requests to ensure legal compliance. They review incoming legal documents, organize data in case management systems, prepare responses, and coordinate with legal teams, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Subpoena Processing: Review, log, and track incoming subpoenas and legal requests. </li><li>Compliance & Records: Ensure all responses comply with legal requirements and data privacy laws. </li><li>Documentation: Draft, prepare, and organize documents for court submission. </li><li>Communication: Coordinate with attorneys, law enforcement, and internal teams regarding requests. </li><li>Database Management: Update case management systems with accurate tracking information. </li><li>Composes confidential correspondence, reports, memoranda, and related documents. </li><li>Schedules appointments and meetings. Makes necessary arrangements for meetings. Takes meeting minutes, as required. </li><li>Performs various receptionist and registration duties. </li><li>Compiles and analyzes basic information and prepares statistical data for reporting purposes. </li><li>Prepares presentation materials. Creates charts, graphs, tables, graphics, etc. </li><li>Maintains department supply and equipment inventory. </li><li>Performs research for special projects, as assigned. </li><li>Performs related duties, as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required. </li><li>0-1 year administrative experience, required. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required. </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
