We are growing and looking for passionate, motivated individuals who want meaningful clinical experience while working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification.</p> <p>If you are currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program and seeking high-quality supervised fieldwork experience, the Student Analyst role offers hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments </li><li>Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA </li><li>Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement strategies </li><li>Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions </li><li>Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met, including maintaining delivery of at least 85% of authorized services </li><li>Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times </li><li>Contribute to client-specific treatment plans based on assessments and developmental guidelines under BCBA supervision </li><li>Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support effective and efficient service delivery </li><li>Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, and implement procedural adjustments as directed </li><li>Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) </li><li>Support assessments and probe new targets to inform future treatment goals </li><li>Analyze behavioral data and assist with data-driven clinical recommendations </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model) </li><li>Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA therapies </li><li>Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles </li><li>Experience applying behavior-analytic strategies to modify behavior </li></ul> <p>Benefits * Continuous direct clinical support, ongoing professional development, and collaborative upbeat team environment</p> <ul> <li>Generous reimbursement for CEs </li><li>Competitive pay based on experience and education </li><li>Benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, short and long term disability, health, dental, and vision insurance, bonuses, 401(k), mileage and drive time reimbursement, and a referral bonus program </li><li>Unique, rewarding, hands-on experience with a growing company </li><li>We are dynamic, diverse, and empirically-based.
