<p>Job Title: Remote Clinical Pharmacist - Medicare UM</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a Remote Clinical Pharmacist to review Medicare utilization management requests, including prior authorizations, formulary exceptions, step therapy, and quantity limits.
