<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Executive & Administrative Support</p> <p>Manage the President's complex calendar, scheduling, and travel across multiple campuses and external commitments</p> <p>Coordinate executive meetings, campus visits, and special events</p> <p>Prepare, draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications</p> <p>Track action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely follow-up and accountability</p> <p>Communication & Liaison Functions</p> <p>Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the President</p> <p>Communicate professionally and effectively with faculty, staff, students, Board members, and external stakeholders</p> <p>Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing inquiries and requests</p> <p>Ensure consistent and accurate information flow across campuses</p> <p>Board of Directors Support</p> <p>Provide administrative and logistical support to the Board of Directors</p> <p>Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up documentation</p> <p>Ensure board materials are prepared accurately and distributed in a timely manner</p> <p>Support compliance with governance processes, timelines, and institutional policies</p> <p>Organization & Multi-Task Management</p> <p>Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively recommend solutions</p> <p>Maintain organized systems for records, files, and confidential materials</p> <p>Confidentiality & Professional Judgment</p> <p>Handle sensitive and confidential information related to personnel matters, governance, legal issues, and strategic initiatives with discretion and integrity</p> <p>Maintain strict confidentiality at all times</p> <p>Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions</p> <p>Cross-Campus & Institutional Support</p> <p>Support coordination and alignment across three campuses</p> <p>Build effective working relationships with campus leaders and administrative teams</p> <p>Assist with institutional initiatives, special projects, and strategic priorities as assigned</p>
