<p>Job#: 3025035</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Strategic Brand Communications Consultant with one of our large Banking clients.</p> <p>Location: REMOTE</p> <p>Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week</p> <p>Pay range: $82/hr</p> <p>Contract Length: 6 months</p> <p>Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions.</p> <p>Top Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent via work, consulting, military, or education. </li><li>Expertise in brand strategy: business needs discovery, customer value propositions, positioning, messaging architecture, and product/service name development. </li><li>Strong consultative background with the ability to advise senior leadership on complex, multi-dimensional initiatives. </li><li>Proven ability to design solutions for highly complex, long-term, large-scale business challenges. </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and strategically across multiple business functions. </li></ul> <p>Plusses:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments. </li><li>Background partnering with senior executives on brand, marketing, or strategic communications programs. </li><li>Expertise in strategic communications and strategic thinking (as indicated in the skills matrix). </li><li>Ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This is a highly consultative, expert-level role providing Business Execution leadership during a medical leave coverage period.</p> <p>The Business Execution Consultant 5 will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving brand strategy initiatives and shaping high-impact business solutions across the enterprise.</p> <p>The consultant will lead efforts such as customer value proposition development, brand positioning and messaging, and strategic name development for products and services.</p> <p>The role requires top-tier consultative capability, creativity, executive presence, and the ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver long-term, innovative solutions.</p> <p>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as an expert consultant to senior leaders on brand strategy and enterprise-wide business execution needs. </li><li>Lead the creation of customer value propositions, brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and product/service naming solutions. </li><li>Diagnose and articulate complex business needs across business units and convert them into actionable, strategic recommendations. </li><li>Develop long-range plans and large-scale solutions requiring advanced analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across business lines, marketing, communications, product teams, and strategy groups. </li><li>Provide executive-ready deliverables, insights, and recommendations supporting brand evolution and business strategy. </li><li>Influence senior leadership decisions through strong consultative skills, thought leadership, and strategic communication. </li><li>Ensure alignment with enterprise policies, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities. </li><li>Act as a bridge between leadership and key execution teams to maintain continuity during the medical leave period. </li></ul> <p>Apex Benefits Overview: Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
