<p>Description</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>The Senior Merchandise Planner will be responsible for creating SKU level sales and inventory plans for Victoria's Secret Global (VSG). Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Manage sales plans, open to buy, and inventory levels for respective book of business, including separate operating models and store/ecommerce formats </li><li>Create SKU level sales and inventory forecasts to achieve topline financial targets. </li><li>Execute key planning processes related to buys and in season management (PO's, partner allocations, etc.) </li><li>Partner with cross functional teams (Merchandising, Allocation, Commercial Managers, Operations, etc.) to achieve both financial and merchandising objectives. </li><li>Identify product opportunities and recommend adjustments of shipment receipts and flow based on sales performance. </li><li>Prepare key sales and inventory reports to support Merchandise Planning Committee meeting (MPC) and other reoccurring sales meetings. </li><li>Conduct business analysis in-season (standard reporting, test reads, ad hoc) to maximize sales and profit. </li><li>Partner with merchants and cross-functional teams to recommend assortment adjustments. </li><li>Develop and evolve merchandise planning processes to accommodate rapid expansion into new international markets. </li><li>Drive creative thinking that focuses the team on top volume driving ideas and key initiatives. </li><li>Develop rapport with partners and build credibility through effective communication. </li><li>Respond to ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams. </li><li>Manage merchandise inventory levels by market through collaboration with cross functional teams. </li><li>Align partner inventory expectations with the brand deployment strategy through continuous education of Victoria's Secret inventory management process. </li></ul> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $96,500.00</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $131,775.00</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Your Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. </li><li>5-7 years of experience in analytical positions such as merchandise planning, inventory deployment, demand forecasting, finance, or logistics. </li><li>High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access. </li><li>Excellent statistical/quantitative analysis skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer types/levels. </li><li>Excellent communication, prioritizing and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to be a team player and foster a commitment of teamwork among associates. </li><li>International experience a plus. </li></ul> <p>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
