<p>Job Title: National Account Director, CVS Alliance</p> <p>Location: Remote, US</p> <p>About the Job</p> <p>The National Account Director, CVS Alliance is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance market access through robust partnerships with assigned customers and Sanofi's products. This role requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare and pharmaceutical landscapes, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive commercial success. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Leadership and Account Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute the overall strategy for national accounts with a focus on PBM and GPO relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key national accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market access goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the PBM/GPO channels to expand market presence and improve commercial outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Contract Negotiation and Relationship Building</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead high-level negotiations for contracts and partnerships with PBMs and GPOs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that enhance market access.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders at PBMs, GPOs, and other strategic partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop tailored proposals and business cases that address the unique needs and requirements of each partner.</p> </li><li> <p>Diving deeper into account personnel by leveraging digital tools [N1-Connect, LinkedIn, etc.] to ensure there are multiple touchpoints and layers of relationships in different functional areas.</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, pricing, contracting, operations, regulatory affairs, and legal to ensure a cohesive approach to market access.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights and market intelligence to support product development and positioning strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with commercial and operations teams to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Market Analysis & Strategy Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and risk management.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze data and market performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current PBM/GPO partnerships and to identify areas for improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Present regular reports and strategic updates to senior management, outlining key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
