Smith Center for Writing and Rhetoric, including course management, meeting and project planning, and faculty hiring and on-boarding. Manages department budgets and processes department invoices and reimbursements. Maintains, monitors, and manages website and social media for the Allan K. Smith Center for Writing and Rhetoric, First Year Seminar Program, Academic Resource Collaborative, Blume Center, Q-Lit Center, and Writing Center. In collaboration with the Director of the Allan K. Smith Center for Writing and Rhetoric, serve as the Coordinator of the day-to-day operations of the Subject Based Peer Tutoring Center, including hiring and training. Plans, organizes, and coordinates multiple yearly events, conceptualizing theme ideas, planning budgets, scheduling venues and speakers, liaising with suppliers and vendors, and managing logistics.</p>
