<p>JobID: 210651452</p> <p>Category: Client Service Delivery</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-08-12T19:36:44+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: Day</p> <p>:</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead your assigned book of clients autonomously by delivering solutions and upholding JP Morgan Chase standards and operating principles. </li><li>Develop long-term client relationships. </li><li>Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction. </li><li>Conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies. </li><li>Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients. </li><li>Actively participate in deal team meetings as new products and services are added to clients. </li><li>Influence internal partners to recommend products and services based on knowledge of client behaviors. </li><li>Learn and understand existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests. </li><li>Identify opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self-service solutions with a high degree of success. </li><li>Solicit feedback on product and service offerings in an effort to continuously adapt to the ever-changing commercial banking landscape. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate data analytics and change management experience. </li><li>Influence others without direct supervision. </li><li>Provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings. </li><li>Execute project management tasks effectively. </li><li>Exhibit excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating, and organizational skills. </li><li>Think strategically with the ability to adapt to change. </li><li>Demonstrate team-building skills and ability to work in a team environment. </li><li>Possess 3+ years of client-facing work experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services products. </li><li>Hold a Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree. </li><li>Show passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends. </li></ul>
