<p>Overview</p> <p>The Legal Department is seeking a Program Lead to bridge the gap between the Legal and IT teams, with a primary focus on Electronic Stored Information (ESI), litigation support, and investigation support. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient collaboration, data integrity, and that technology- enabled legal processes are compliant with legal obligations as well as best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both legal principles and information systems and have experience leading projects. The chosen applicant's roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a liaison between Legal and IT for data-related requires, including litigation, investigation and compliance. </li><li>Support ligation, regulatory and internal investigation activities through efficient data identification, collection, preservation and production. </li><li>Partner with IT team to develop and maintain processes for data management and eDiscovery, including the appropriate distribution of EB assets to outside vendors. </li><li>Support the Legal Team in implementing and maintain technology tools used for eDiscovery, legal holds and compliance monitoring. </li><li>Help document and improve processes for managing ESI, data requests and system access </li><li>Provide training and guidance to IT teams on legal obligations and protocols </li><li>Support compliance and record retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal requirements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university </li><li>At least 5 years of experience in an IT, Compliance, or a related field </li><li>Familiarity with how data is managed and stored within EB's system </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or compliance initiatives </li><li>Prior experience collaborating with or supporting Legal teams </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong communications and teamwork skills </li><li>Ability to translate business and legal needs into practical solutions </li><li>Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information </li><li>Detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task multiple projects with competing deadlines </li><li>Energetic and creative problem-solver </li></ul> <p>Environmental Attributes</p> <p>Inside</p>
