We employ 13,000 dedicated team members and maintain more than 200 million square feet daily.</p> <p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Performs the following duties: carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction), scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing had surface floors.</p> <p>Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.</p> <p>Follow established safety precautions.</p> <p>Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.</p> <p>Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <p>Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.</p> <p>Excellent work history</p> <p>Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction</p> <p>Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail</p> <p>Reliable transportation</p> <p>Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.</p> <p>Experience: Previous floor tech experience preferred.</p> <p>Additional Information / Benefits</p> <p>Optional daily pay</p> <p>Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation</p> <p>This is a Full-Time position</p> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>Apply Now</p>
