<p>SUMMARY: The Senior Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth across all George's branded retail products as well as foodservice national accounts. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and strong cross-functional collaboration to create and implement customer-focused marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate ensures the successful execution of campaigns and tactics with efficiency and timeliness. Additionally, this position will be a customer-facing representative of the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee the company's retail and foodservice branded product portfolios acting as the brand ambassadorDevelop and execute annual marketing campaigns and customer-specific promotional plans including but not limited to demos, tradeshow events, digital marketing, promotional activities, customer support portals, media relations and communicationsEnsure brand and customer strategies align with AOP by establishing objectives, go-forward strategy, setting priorities and monitoring ROIIntegrate customer and consumer insights into product enhancements and future innovation initiativesPartner with R&D to develop products for new products and expand existing product linesAct as a project manager, collaborating cross-functionally to drive the successful execution of marketing and business initiativesSupport business development initiatives b working with foodservice and retail sales teams to secure new customers and continue growing existing customersServe as the liaison between marketing and operations/supply chain teams to understand plant equipment, product line capabilities, raw material availability, and packaging solutions.Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive environments and consumer preferences to drive data-driven decision-makingManage budget across internal and external customer accounts. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE RequiredBachelor's degree in marketing, business, design or related field AND 5+ years of equivalent experience OR 9+ years of relevant marketing experience in progressively responsible rolesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbalStrategic, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamMastery of project management, including the ability to prioritize work, delegate workload and manage the demands of fast-paced environmentGood understanding of graphic and image file formats and specificationsExperience working with and managing customer expectations in a demanding environmentProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusPreferred1+ years' work experience managing multiplatform marketing campaigns for a CPG company or retail branded product.</p>
