<p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Optime Care is seeking a Director, Program Implementation and Strategy, to implement new client projects and programs successfully. In this key role, they will plan and oversee assigned Specialty Pharmacy programs and projects from initial planning to post-implementation support for new program Directors. The focus of this role is to lead cross-functional teams of internal and external stakeholders and resources, develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, all with the focus to maximize patient care and client and company goals.</p> <p>This role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. They must be able to work within the confines of specific project processes, timelines, and goals, designating project resources, and monitoring progress while ensuring stakeholders are informed and accountable.</p> <p>This position is expected to be on-site at our facility when they are not traveling to other Optime Care, AscellaHealth, or client locations.</p> <p>What the position will be doing</p> <ul> <li>Determine, define, and document the program scope. This includes the objectives and definitions of implementation success and ongoing management. </li><li>Identify all resources, including IT, reporting, KPI's, etc., needed to reach program implementation objectives. </li><li>Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan that can be completed efficiently and on time. </li><li>Provide implementation updates consistently to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress. </li><li>Proactively provide best-in-class service and implementation solutions by developing an in-depth knowledge of client needs. </li><li>Develop and implement a program evaluation framework to assess the program's strengths and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Lead project planning sessions with leadership, existing/prospective clients, and other stakeholders as defined by the project. </li><li>Manage contacts with stakeholders by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables </li><li>Schedule any internal and external meetings </li><li>Managing project progress and adapting work as required </li><li>Ensure projects meet deadlines and document any adjusted timelines as necessary throughout the project. </li><li>Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders. </li><li>Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure continuity and communication. </li><li>Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for leadership </li><li>Continuously optimize and improve program processes. </li><li>Work with the Training Specialist to provide the Care teams with any necessary training. </li><li>Assist Care Team Directors of new programs during and after launch to ensure proper implementation. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned or necessary; remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. </li></ul> <p>Necessary Skills, Education & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required for this role. </li><li>Experience designing and implementing programs in the Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution, and/or Patient Services industries is necessary. </li><li>Ability to understand and explain the business processes of Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution, and Patient Services. </li><li>Project management and/or related experience will be necessary. </li><li>Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Specific experience with Microsoft Project is a plus. </li><li>Experience managing projects through their whole life cycle and the proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline </li><li>Able to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities, flexible and adaptive to changing processes and procedures. </li><li>A creative problem solver with an innovative mindset to create mutually beneficial solutions. </li><li>Relentless attention to detail </li><li>Exceptional oral and written skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with vendors, partners, clients, and senior management. </li><li>Possess a collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with other divisions of AscellaHealth and shared business operations. </li><li>Ability to think and act independently, formulate, and support new ideas, and champion new initiatives within and beyond the scope of one's responsibilities. </li><li>Ability to ensure tasks are appropriately delegated and completed to standards by monitoring performance and holding staff accountable. </li><li>Ability to successfully organize resources, personnel, and actions to complete programs and tasks. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>Optime Care is a Specialty Pharmacy dedicated to providing services to smaller patient communities.
