Our Roofing Field Supervisor complete a variety of jobs such as roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs for Bone Dry customers providing exceptional service. Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. </li><li>Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project. </li><li>Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects. </li><li>Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects. </li><li>Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation. </li><li>Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete. </li><li>Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs </li><li>Daily travel in the home market </li><li>Military service is a plus </li><li>Company truck and fuel provided for work use </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company paid life insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) </li><li>PTO, Vacation & Holidays </li></ul> <p>At Bone Dry-We build more than roofs.
