<p>Job Posting</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>The In-Market Lead Coordinator/Driver - Part Time will oversee activations at events throughout various cities for client programs. This is a sampling program, activating at stores and local events. Events will be scheduled at various times based on client need and approvals.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities :</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee all events as outlined in Run of Shows as provided by Account Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide recaps of event results to Account Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to connect with consumers about products and service and engage a crowd.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be outgoing, organized, professional, committed, good-spirited, great at one-on-one dialogue and punctual.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to create a buzz and read a crowd.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible and able to adapt well to challenging situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to manage Brand Ambassadors at events.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive company provided vehicle to transport event site items.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Part time availability with flexibility for a varying schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Emcee experience a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>One (1) year promotional brand experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>CROSSMARK is committed to providing accessible employment practices and welcomes applications from people with disabilities. Tools: Daily access to the worldwide web with the ability to meet system requirements, printer and phone.</p> <p>Physical Demands :</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or balance.
