If you are about being your best self, doing the right thing, bringing your natural smile and having fun, then we hope you become a member of our Inn on Fifth Family.</p> <p>Job Tile:</p> <p>SPA Manager</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Spa Manager is responsible for monitoring and overseeing all facets of Spa operations and ensuring that all Spa services are up to the standard of excellence guests come to expect from Noble House Hotels.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all facets of the Spa ensuring high-quality services are being delivered to guests/members </li><li>Interview, hire, and develop training for all of the Spas team members </li><li>Develop annual budget for Spa </li><li>Responsible for monthly forecasting and financial statements </li><li>Maintain knowledge of standardized treatments and participate in ongoing up-to-date training of treatment programs </li><li>Conduct meetings for Spa team with purposes of informing and training </li><li>Interpret financial reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expense </li><li>Project and maintain acceptable payroll commitments. </li><li>Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress </li><li>Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability </li><li>Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line </li><li>Develop procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring. </li><li>Implement full spa product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance </li><li>Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability </li><li>Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team </li><li>Ensure team works to meeting department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately </li><li>Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services </li><li>Maintain communications with Spa team members and other departments </li><li>Maintain an up to date version of the Spa procedure manual and ensure compliance. </li><li>Develop and maintain Spa literature, documenting and process handling requirements. </li><li>Attend management meeting and convey all relevant information throughout the Spa </li><li>Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order. </li><li>Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers. </li><li>Inspect Spa is up to standards at all times </li><li>Maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations </li><li>Check posting of charges </li><li>Monitor reservations procedures </li><li>Monitor VIP guests and group appointments </li></ul> <p>Secondary Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with other Spa duties as needed </li><li>Document maintenance needs on work orders </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1 or more years of experience of successful spa management in a luxury-oriented resort spa </li><li>Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems </li><li>Strong administrative, management, and computer skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Effective leadership skills and strong work ethic </li><li>Well organized and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously </li><li>Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication (verbal and written) </li></ul> <p>Our CULTURE:</p> <p>The passion of our people is our greatest asset, we are a part of Noble House Hotels and Resorts offering a collection of luxury hotels and resorts.
