Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to align on outcomes that serve the best interests of Google. </li><li>Apply strong technical judgment to navigate complex trade-offs, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and mitigate critical program risks. Facilitate effective decision-making to maintain program momentum. </li><li>Partner with Directors and Managers across Engineering and Product to streamline operational processes, simplify execution, and manage objectives and key results (OKRs) for the pillar. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement, and introduce best practices for reproduceability and scalability in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Create visibility for program progress and bridge communication gaps across pillars. </li></ul>
