General: 8:30AM - 5:00PM (may vary based on business needs)</p> <p>Salary Range: $66,300-86,000</p> <p>The Warehouse Coordinator position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. The job duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plans, schedules and manages the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems (like SAP) to support in material planning and material transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support to the material planning and control functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and monitors material requisitions and material schedules with production schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains engineering (or operations, quality, etc.) specifications and production schedules and plans material movement within purchasing, warehouse, and production.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.</p> </li><li> <p>Follows shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Receives incoming materials or prepares material for shipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Un/packs or un/wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Logs of receipt of items on systems, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Reports materials shipped and bills of lading, and posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain shipping, receiving, staging, kitting, and storage areas that are compliant, efficient, effective, and safe.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive collaboration across the company and external partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Operator training and development.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory SOP and cGMP guideline</p> </li><li> <p>Owns inventory accuracy.
