<p>Overview:</p> <p>Griffin Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting all aspects of HR operations, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Griffin Health's mission and Planetree philosophy of patient-centered care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Recruitment & Talent Acquisition</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for 80+ open positions across the organization. </li><li>Implement recruitment strategies and advertising plans targeting qualified candidates. </li><li>Pre-screen applicants, assess qualifications, and ensure alignment with organizational values, including the Planetree Attitude. </li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate timely and equitable hiring decisions. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire documentation. </li><li>Review exit interviews and report on actionable items to improve the employee experience. </li></ul> <p>Employee Relations</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a resource to managers and staff on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee concerns. </li><li>Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and recommend resolution strategies. </li><li>Support management in applying consistent and equitable HR practices. </li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and progressive discipline. </li><li>Monitor workplace trends and partner with leadership to proactively address morale, engagement, and retention. </li></ul> <p>HR Program Development & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Educate and administer HR policies and initiatives that align with organizational goals. </li><li>Support compliance efforts by researching regulations and preparing responses as needed. </li><li>Contribute to the planning and execution of employee-focused programs that support professional growth and employee engagement. </li><li>Support the development and promotion of a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, specializing in high volume, full-cycle recruiting with employee relations experience. </li><li>Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices required. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Professional, compassionate demeanor with a commitment to service excellence. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Griffin Health?</p> <p>At Griffin Health, we believe in caring for our employees as much as we care for our patients.
