<p>This position is responsible for leading a team of distribution center packagers and processors to meet the cost, quality and service performance standards of the Club/Accessories Pick Line. This individual will coordinate with warehouse counterparts, Production, Sales, Quality and Materials Planning teams as required to deliver quality service as efficiently as possible.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set and monitor daily pick rates, maintaining optimal picking performance and flow through operation. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance quality output. </li><li>Coordinate with forward pick line wave planners to ensure we are meeting daily priorities and SLA's for outbound orders. </li><li>Keep all forward pick lines clean and organized; coordinate daily 6s across lines </li><li>Assist in implementation of quality initiatives and improvements </li><li>Take appropriate corrective action on identified problems </li><li>Maintain daily CPU rates for all headcount across forward pick operations </li><li>Oversee team of pick operators, ensuring they meet expected standards of work, including pick rates, organization/neatness of forward pick lines and other daily 6S standards. </li><li>Monitor team member's performance and provide feedback/coaching on a regular basis in addition to formal annual review process. </li><li>Complete other supervisory responsibilities, including but not limited to: timecard and PTO approvals, monitoring attendance, partnering with Human Resources to address employee concerns, etc. </li><li>Create an environment of continuous improvement; proactively identify process enhancement and efficiency opportunities. </li><li>Coordinate with team to ensure staffing and capacity in the pick line matches the required workflow. </li><li>Ensure that systems and physical warehouse processes are defined and understood by the warehouse team; train team members on processes and adequate standards when needed </li><li>Lead, build, develop, and motivate a strong team of individuals to perform at the highest level; facilitate and foster continuous learning and collaboration within the team. </li><li>Perform other related duties and assignments as required. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, warehouse WMS systems, and data-entry systems. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of documentation and order preparation. </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple, concurrent processes. </li><li>Ability to accurately assess talent and effectively motivate and influence others to build skills, efficiently accomplish tasks, and develop leading edge processes. </li></ul> <p>Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. </li><li>5+ years of experience in high-throughput, consumer goods warehouse environment (>1M annual units) </li><li>3+ years of experience in supervisory or people management role. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment / Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily warehouse environment </li><li>Able to climb, stoop, bend, and reach </li><li>Medium physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials, up to 50 pounds required </li><li>Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption </li></ul> <p>#LI-onsite</p> <p>#LI-LB1</p> <p>TaylorMade Golf Company is an equal opportunity employer.
