If so, we have the right opportunity to work for an amazing organization that is making a difference in children's life.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, aiming for a first-call resolution. Handle customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. </li><li>One on one trainings with providers on childcare measurement software </li><li>Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer support database. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. </li><li>Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures. </li><li>Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. </li><li>Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and recommend solutions. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues. </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. </li><li>Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail. </li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. </li><li>A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. </li></ul> <p>Join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clientele.
