<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Location: Position can be located out of any MN/WI facility </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and leverage collaborative relationships within the Market Unit with cross functional partners from the Sales and Market Unit teams</p> </li><li> <p>Spend time in the field/trade as a field consultant to improve execution and drive productivity as well as execute administrative duties including pricing authorizations (PAWs), pricing discrepancies (PDRs), presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contract drafts, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Market Unit with reporting KPI's, sales blitz day planning, regional and local customers, large bids, and RFPs</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with current customer contract management and tracking renewals while coordinating customer support tickets to enhance the customer's experience</p> </li><li> <p>Support the Market Unit and Coca-Cola Bottling System with various initiatives, i.e., the Contract repository, Customer Support Ticket (CST) process technology enhancements and routing, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 7 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
