The Applications Analyst works directly with radiologists, technologists, clinicians, and IT staff to ensure the seamless operation of imaging systems, focusing on reliability, workflow optimization, and high-quality patient care. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.</p> <p>Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare and/or Information Sciences highly desirable but not required.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on PACS support experience in a hospital or clinical environment. Strong understanding of DICOM standards, imaging modalities, HL7 messaging, and workflow processes in radiology. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting imaging systems and working with vendors and clinical end-users. Familiarity with at least one major PACS platform. Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), and EMR/EHR integrations with Cerner.
