In certain jurisdictions, CBIZ CPAs operates under its previous name, Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Provide research and comparative analysis of accounting data </li><li>Compile and maintain financial records such as journals, ledgers </li><li>Design and maintain workflow for gathering and analyzing data </li><li>Make all entries as required in proper software application </li><li>Assist with documentation for auditing purposes </li><li>Operate computer programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information </li><li>Research variances, errors or anomalies in work product, escalating to management if significant </li><li>Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations </li><li>Prepare reports for management review as directed </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree </li><li>Two years of functional accounting experience </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Able to work in team environment </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally </li></ul> <p>The annual salary target for this job in this market is $65,000-$95,000.
