The nominal program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including:</p> <p>EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation</p> <p>EHS procedure/policy development and implementation</p> <p>EHS Training Development and Delivery</p> <p>EHS Regulatory process</p> <p>EHS Project Management</p> <p>People Leadership and Influence</p> <p>Manufacturing process knowledge</p> <p>Selection Criteria</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field</p> <p>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above</p> <p>Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting</p> <p>Ability to lead projects and develop project plans</p> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHS LP Program</p> <p>Location of Assignment</p> <p>Delmar, NY</p> <p>Nearest Major Market: Albany</p>
