We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our CAO/Business Excellence team. This role is located in Lake Mary - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Coordinates clear, succinct responses to client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) working in partnership with experts across the business. Manages proposal and DDQ responses end-to-end, working in both independently and in a team environment. Operating as Billing liaison within Clearance & Collateral Management via invoice calculations, reporting, service code generation, and audits. Effective communication to senior management on complex topics and the Treasury Market impacts, relaying the actionable information effectively to client facing, operations, and administration teams. Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. Conduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/FinTech or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 1-2 years relevant experience. Preferred experience working in administration management setting including various disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. Preferred platform experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), or Microsoft Power Platform. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
