<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Amorepacific US is seeking a Social Media Content & Community Intern to support the Laneige brand within our Integrated Communications Team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual passionate about beauty, digital storytelling, and community engagement.</p> <p>In this role, you'll support the development and execution of social-first strategies, working closely with our Laneige Specialist and Assistant Manager to bring content to life, engage with our audience, and keep our digital presence fresh, fun, and flawless. From trendspotting and content creation to community management and reporting, you'll be at the heart of it all.</p> <p>This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about beauty, loves being online, and wants hands-on experience in building brand love through content and conversation!</p> <p>Primary Objective:</p> <p>Content Creation & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Brainstorm and research content ideas that are trend-forward and always-on. </li><li>Monitor the cultural zeitgeist and share emerging trends and competitive insights. </li><li>Assist with content creation, editing, and event/photo shoot coverage. </li><li>Help source creative partners and collaborators for upcoming campaigns.. </li></ul> <p>Community Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Support community growth and engagement across platforms (especially TikTok + YouTube Shorts). </li><li>Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with brand voice and care. </li><li>Track and share relevant tags, mentions, and community insights. </li><li>Help ideate content based on real-time community feedback and sentiment. </li><li>Monitor media coverage and social buzz around Laneige US. </li><li>Use tools like Spate to identify trending keywords and hashtags. </li><li>Assist in planning and executing community-first activations and events. </li></ul> <p>Organization & Admin</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a well-organized library of digital assets (images, videos, UGC, etc.). </li><li>Share industry insights and platform updates to keep the team in-the-know. </li><li>Support with calendar management, meeting notes, and file organization. </li><li>Assist with content scheduling and publishing across platforms (YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, IG Broadcast, Threads). </li><li>Manage brand inventory and coordinate product sendouts for giveaways, creators, and collabs. </li><li>Provide reporting support for campaigns, events, and ongoing content performance. </li></ul> <p>Key Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven. </li><li>A creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture and social trends. </li><li>Bonus points for experience in content creation, editing, or graphic design. </li><li>Comfortable being on-camera and contributing to content when needed. </li><li>Basic copywriting skills and a strong grasp of the beauty space. </li><li>Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and social reporting platforms (Dash Hudson, Meta Business Manager). </li><li>Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook. </li></ul> <p>AMOREPACIFIC, US, INC is an equal opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
