<p>The Senior Capital Markets Product Manager role is part of the Wealth Management Solutions business group and is responsible for strategic and tactical planning, new product onboarding, ongoing product management and pricing and sales promotion for Ameriprise's Capital Markets products, including equities, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and exchange-traded notes (ETNs), options, closed-end funds (CEFs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and third-party investment research.</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact representing the Capital Markets group for advisor escalations, EAR recruiting efforts and third-party Sponsor and vendor relationships.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accountable for Capital Markets product development and product management initiatives, including conducting competitive analysis, proposing new product features and improved functionality, conducting financial analysis, making pricing recommendations and developing field implementation plans. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
