<p>About this role:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly talented individual to join Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management. This individual must be a strategic partner to consult on key initiatives, tactically capable and detail oriented to execute on plans, and quick to handle day-to-day activities that do not require the market leader's individual attention.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Administrative Assistants or leaders by performing routine administrative tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established administrative procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, distributing mail, producing routine documents and reports, using word processing and spreadsheet software, performing routine data entry operation, answering, as well as directing phone calls, and taking messages as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Receive direction from administrative assistants, supervisors, or leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with immediate Administrative Assistants team on basic information, as well as internal and external clients</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6+ months of Administrative Support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Series 7 license preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to a brokerage environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This position will report into the office 5 days a week</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional travel to additional locations in the district</p> </li></ul> <p>Posting Location:</p> <ul> <li>433 N Camden Dr. Beverly Hills, CA 90210 </li></ul> <p>@RWF22</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
