<p>Must live in the Greater Boston area.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager will aggressively grow revenue by executing our Electrical Strategy.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Create demand for our products within Electrical wholesale accounts through joint calls and specifications at non-distribution accounts. </li><li>Identify key account targets and work closely with customer corporate and branch locations to communicate and extend the HellermannTyton value proposition. </li><li>Key point of contact on sales opportunities within electrical accounts. </li><li>Promotion of our products for emerging and established markets. </li><li>Accelerate Product Acceptance within the Accounts. </li><li>Support Electrical Accounts through Joint Sales Calls, Counter Days, Lunch and Learn sessions, and other various means. </li><li>Develop Brand Awareness within the Accounts. </li><li>Manage the Relationship between the Account and HellermannTyton. </li><li>Communicate HellermannTyton value proposition. </li></ul> <p>Success in this role will require</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate features and benefits of products with both presentation and hands-on style. </li><li>Foster a team atmosphere and work effectively with multiple HellermannTyton personnel within the territory. </li><li>Communicate effectively information derived within accounts. </li><li>High-level aptitude for engaging people at all different levels within a customer and corporate organization. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of QS9000 and IATF16949 quality systems and ISO14001 environmental systems. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Must live in the Greater Boston area. </li><li>Previous experience working with electrical wholesaling preferred. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 80% time. </li><li>Experience with communicating and coordinating projects. </li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Experience with CRM Software preferred. </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and adequate insurance. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Remote #LI-DM3</p>
